Shipping Locations

We only ship to Australian addresses.

Shipping Fee's

Our shipping rates are extremely competitive, starting from $12 for courier and express is also an option for some smaller items.

Order Tracking

Courier tracking is available from this website for most orders. After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email advising you that you can track the item by simply clicking the "Track Courier Shipment" link in "My Account".

Order Processing and Shipping

Once payment has been received in full and the order is accepted we will process your order and allocate stock to fill your order. Once the order has been filled the item is dispatched via courier to your nominated delivery address. It is your responsibility to have the item delivered to an address which is attended and you should ensure someone be available to accept the delivery. If delivery cannot be made the item is either returned to depot and a delivery card left for you to contact the courier to arrange a suitable time for re-delivery. Depending on courier, a redelivery fee is charged to our account and therefore you will be required to make payment for this redelivery fee.

Order Delivery

It is very important for you to physically look and check the outside of the parcel you are receiving to ensure it has not been punctured, damaged, or looks like it may have been crushed etc. Once you accept delivery of an item it's unlikely we can help by talking with the courier. If the parcel is damaged when the courier presents it to you, then you must reject the parcel and return to sender, once you do this please contact us to inform us you have done so.

Delivery to an Office

If you're delivering to a office block in a metro area it's a good idea to include a building name so the courier can find it easily. If the parcel has been delivered to the building but it cannot be located, please check with your reception department as we have found in most cases they have the package.

Lost / Damaged Shipments

PC Parts 4U does not cover against loss or damage by the couriers of your package. Insurance is available for an extra charge, please email us for more information.

Be Available

Make sure you will be at the address during normal business hours. If you are not available then the courier may charge a re-delivery fee, which will be payable by you.


Cancellations

Please do not assume you can cancel an order after it has been paid for. If we do accept a cancellation then a restock fee of at least 20% will apply, which covers our time and any financial fee's that we have already paid for your payment. We are flexible but if an order was a special order item or it has already been shipped it will not be possible to cancel the order. We only refund at our sole discretion.

Refunds

Choose your items carefully and ensure the items are compatible and will meet your requirements before placing an order. We generally do not accept items back for credit/exchange if you order incorrectly or changed your mind. However, at our sole discretion we may accept the product back but a restock fee of at least 20% will apply.

Faulty Items

You are provided with at least 1 year manufacturer warranty on all products sold. Before shipping any items back you must request an RA number, then you can ship the item back to the address provided with the RA number clearly displayed on the carton within 7 days. An RA Number cannot be extended or reissued if you fail to return it within the assigned period of 7 days. Freight charges are your responsibility. Once the item is either replaced/repaired/resolved the item will be shipped back to you. There are no exceptions to the rule, if you do not request an RA and have it clearly displayed on the outside of the package before returning, the parcel will be rejected and returned to you at your expense.

Dead-On-Arrival (DOA)

The DOA Period is strictly 7 days from invoice, in this case you will be either exchanged or credited at our discretion. Please follow above procedure for Faulty item to return it.

Non-Faulty Items

If you return a product that we test as not faulty then it will simply be returned to you after you have paid a $40 service fee to have the item tested.

To Return Faulty Product

Do not return anything unless you have been given a return authorisation number, doing so will result in your parcel being rejected and returned to sender

Simply login to your account, select the order which has the faulty item and click on 'Return this Product' link and complete the form. Wait for an RA number to be sent to you (24-48 hours), then you can send the parcel back to the address provided. Nb. You must put the RA number on the outside of the box, otherwise it will be rejected and you will need to pay to have the item shipped again.
